There are five modules in the complete course. The first module, The Footwear Industry Explained, is included as a bonus module.

Module1: The Footwear Industry Explained: An introduction to the footwear industry

Please decide how many of the remaining four modules you wish to study. After payment you will be asked to create an account. If you are not taking the full course you will select the specific modules at this stage.

Module 2: Lower Limb Anatomy: Anatomy of the foot, lower limbs, problem feet
Module 3: Shoe Manufacture: The vital statistics and ingredients of shoes
Module 4: Tools of the Trade: Size scales, gauges, measurement and a shoe fitters toolbox
Module 5: Fitting: How materials, activities, style, and construction affect fit and customer care

Please note: In order to become a Member of the Society of Shoe Fitters you need to complete the full course.
